What areas do Growers Flower Factory deliver to?
Growers Flower Factory has a network and affiliates around the world. Please note that products, packaging and/or containers may vary in some interstates and/or regional areas.

Can I order items for deliveries outside of Australia?
We do offer this service, if you wish to place an order for overseas or intersate, please call one of our friendly florists on (03) 9347-9944.

What is the deadline for placing an order online to guarantee same-day delivery?
Growers Flower Factory offers a delivery service from Monday to Saturday to most suburbs in Melbourne and the Greater Melbourne Area. Orders must be placed by 11am EST for same day delivery. Orders received after 11am EST will be delivered the following day. However if you have an urgent delivery that is outside the specified cut off time please call our store direct (03) 9347-9944 to request a VIP delivery service.
Orders placed online on Saturday and Sunday will be processed Monday morning.
Once your order has been received, an email will be sent confirming receipt of your order.

Can Growers Flower Factory guarantee a specific time for delivery?
Growers Flower Factory cannot grantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfill your request but cannot guarantee it. All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business - given that correct delivery details have been supplied.

Do you ring the recipient prior to delivery?
You can request us to call the recipient prior top delivery, by placing a note in the “special instructions” field on the order page. Please note that all deliveries to hospitals are confirmed before delivery.

What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, the arrangement will be left at the front or back door if requested to do so by the sender; or if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so. Otherwise a calling card will be left on the recipient’s door or in their letter box asking them to call us to arrange for the flowers to be picked up or for a suitable delivery time for re-delivery. (Additional charges will apply)

What happens if the delivery details supplied are incorrect?
Growers Flower Factory will attempt to find the correct address. If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, then if the flowers are recovered, Growers Flower Factory will contact the customer and additional charges will apply for re-delivery. However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, Growers Flower Factory cannot accept responsibility for such loss. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.

What happens if I need to amend or cancel my order?
Please Note: ALL cancellations will incur an Administration and/or Processing fee. Please read our Cancellation Terms below.
Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.
Cancellations received with MORE THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $15 administration fee.
Unfortunately, We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared, or, are with our courier for delivery.

Growers Flower Factory guarantees its customers receive products and services of high standards, good quality, in good condition on arrival and to the full retail value. Growers Flower Factory purchase only the highest quality flowers and products, which are handed selected by an experienced buyer.

* You must be mindful that flowers are a perishable item and react to the ever changing environment.

Should you be dissatisfied with our product or service please contact Growers Flower Factory within 24 hours of receiving the product or service. Every effort will be made to rectify any dissatisfaction. In order to assist us in ensuring that the flowers provided have been looked after it is our policy to collect the original product and resend a new product or we will refund the full value of the order to the customer.
