Delivery Information
Growers Flower Factory offer a delivery service from Monday to Saturday to most suburbs in Melbourne and the Greater Melbourne Area. Orders must be placed by 11am EST for same day delivery. Morning deliveries must be placed by 3pm EST the previous day. Orders received after 12 Noon EST will be delivered the following day. However if you have an urgent delivery that is outside the specified cut off time please call our store direct (03) 9347-9944 to request a VIP delivery service.
All Saturday deliveries must be placed by 3pm EST the day prior.
Once your order has been received, an email will be sent confirming receipt of your order.

Saturday Deliveries
Growers Flower Factory offer a delivery service for Saturday deliveries, however orders must be placed by 3pm EST the day prior (Friday).

Sunday Deliveries
Growers Flower Factory does not offer a Sunday Delivery Service, however Mothers Day & Valentines Day deliveries are excepted!

Public Holidays
Growers Flower Factory does not offer a Delivery Service on Public Holidays.

VIP Delivery Service
Growers Flower Factory offers a VIP delivery service from Monday to Friday. This service can be used for Customers that require a timed delivery or for customers that have not placed their orders by 12 Noon EST and require same day delivery. Please contact one of our friendly staff on (03) 9347-9944 to arrange a VIP delivery service.

Interstate/International Deliveries
Growers Flower Factory has a preferred network of florists interstate that we can arrange to have your delivery requirements fulfilled with. Flower varieties vary from state to state therefore we prefer to advise you accordingly. Please contact one of our friendly staff on (03) 9347-9944 to arrange your interstate delivery.
